It is said that the Ancient Persian warriors trained with Persian Meels and the Shena board for more than an hour a day, everyday, resulting in awesome endurance on the battlefield wielding their swords and shields. This is Called Persian Yoga. Shena means 'swim' and is characterized by soft movement like moving in the water and always pairs with Persian Meel exercise in Persian Yoga. It includes many yoga-like movements, but unlike traditional yoga, it repeats them to the rhythm with music, so it relaxes itself with a fast tempo while maintaining a constant breathing rhythm and heart rate. *The Special Mah Edition The colour of these Meels symbolise the Moonlight. They are finished semi matt with a transparent coating to highlight the natural detail of the wood. *The Vastani Logo found on the body of each Meel, represents the universe unfolding around a central fire, encircled by the sun, moon, and stars in orbit.
